Pool Card Wavier Form-  Note to PDC residents:  This pool key waiver form is for the 2 Sonoma HOA pools in Round Rock.  In order to request a pool key for this subdivision, you must make a $400 payment and fill out a new form per pool season year. You can pay the fee through the Pool Card Waiver Form. In the "additional message" section, please indicate that you are a PDC resident requesting a pool card. 

 

Pool Reservation Form-  Note to PDC residents:  This form is to reserve a 2 hour time block for one of the Sonoma pools.  You must have already paid your $400 fee for the swimming pool year usage and have an active pool key for this.  There will be a $25 fee for the reservation which you can pay through the form.
